Veterans Rating Systems

The Veterans Rating System is our way to send a message to our elected officials. We will rate them based on what they do for us and our future Veterans. We consider Guardsmen and Reservists Veterans, even though our Veterans Administration does not.

NOTE: WE ARE NOT HERE FOR POLITICAL INFORMATION OR WHO TO VOTE FOR, WE ONLY CARE ABOUT THE NEEDS OF THE VETERAN, OUR NEEDS, AND THE NEEDS OF OUR FAMILY AND CHILDREN AFFECTED BY OUR SERVICE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

Hopefully we will have our total grade list completed within the next few months. This information will be obtained by examining

1. How they voted on our needs

2. What they say, or do

3. And their action with the Military personnel.

4. If they respond to Veterans and their needs.

5. Flag waving will be considered, as not a good thing. That's where we see our elected officials at Veterans gatherings waving the Flag and not living up to our standards.

These may change over time and we will adjust.

Veterans Rating Systems Goals

There is no way any group will change the Veterans Administration. That action should come from our Congress and President. We can however have a very important say in how they should make changes. And we are here to support that by using the guidelines set forth below.

The Veterans Rating System will,

1. Rate our elected officials for Military Veteran, Guardsmen and Reserve objectives only.

2. Send a message to our elected officials as to the needs of Veterans, Guardsmen and Reservist.

3. Send a message to our elected officials as to the good things they are doing for  Veterans, Guardsmen and Reservist.

4. Do the studies Congress said they were going to do for years to examine the children of Veterans, Guardsmen, Reservist and Active Duty Personnel.

5. Make the needed changes to the Veteran Affairs that would really help Veterans, Guardsmen and Reservist.

6. Inform Veterans, Guardsmen, and Reservist

NOTE: WE ARE NOT HERE FOR POLITICAL INFORMATION, WE ONLY CARE ABOUT THE ABOVE NEEDS, OUR NEEDS, AND THE NEEDS OF OUR CHILDREN

Programs we support

We support these for accountability of the Veterans Administration and for the speed of helping the Veteran. There is no reason a Veteran who needs help and can not work, to get the help they need.

It took 14 months to build the Empire State Building. Oddly enough, that's the same amount of time it takes the VA to move a Claim file from one desk to a another. We support real change.

1. If a Veteran has a claim in for monetary payments and the Veterans Administration can not complete the claim within 6 months, the Veterans Administration will pay the full benefit amount the Veteran is looking for until the VA can complete the claim and the Veteran works through all appeals to a final Judge hearing.

2. When a Veteran files a claim with the Veterans Administration, The VA will send the Veteran a complete list of what the VA needs to make an informed decision. It will be in a checklist form. This will be done so the Veteran does not have to guess on what they are looking for.

3. Veterans that do win awards for benefits will be entitled to retroactive interest payments to the date of first notification of filing (day 1 of claim, when Veteran send notice of verification that the Veteran is filing a claim), the same as what the IRS pays people they owe money to.

4. Since the Veterans Administration changes what they are looking for and then years later the VA changes their mind, the VA will go back to the first filing date as the payment date for any retroactive payment determinations.

examples;

A. in 2014 the VA was looking for health issues caused by oil fires affecting the Veterans. in 2019 the VA is now looking for any pit fires that would affect the Veterans health. 5 years of no claims to the Veteran.

B. Gulf War Veterans now have Presumed illnesses, if your claim was filed in 2013 the Gulf War Veteran would not have been awarded a benefit. If the Gulf War Veteran filed now, and up to 2021, the Veteran would be awarded the benefit. The Veteran that filed in 2013 would miss out on 6 years of benefits.

The above is to put the, "NEED FOR SPEED", to the Veterans Administration.

This list will be changed as needed and reviews will be made accordingly when we get more input.
